Features
Mileage
Business trips are recorded as you drive, so you aren't rebuilding a mileage log from memory in April.
- Automatic trip detection using your iPhone's location services
- IRS standard mileage rate applied by trip date, including mid-year rate changes
- Business, medical, and charity mileage classification
- Trip merging combines several short hops into one logged trip
- Property attribution lets landlords assign a trip to a specific rental
- Calendar linking ties a trip to the meeting or showing it was for

Expenses
Capture a receipt in seconds, and record whether you've been reimbursed for it.
- Receipt scanning with Apple's on-device text recognition fills in vendor, amount, date, and card last four
- Reimbursement tracking on every expense: not applicable, not yet, or reimbursed (with the settlement date)
- Search and filters by vendor, date range, entity, or property
- Your own payment methods, set up to match the cards you actually use
- Duplicate guard when entering expenses by hand
- Swipe actions to confirm, mark as personal, duplicate, or delete

Reports
Three kinds of reports, each with its own filters and exports.
- Tax Report: grouped by IRS form line, per entity and tax year. Export a summary PDF, a detailed PDF with one row per expense under its form line, a CSV of mileage and expenses, or a full audit bundle (.zip with receipt images).
- Reimbursement Report: out-of-pocket charges filtered by entity, property, payment method, and status, exported as a CSV for whoever cuts the reimbursement check.
- Distribution Report: LLC owner distributions rolled up by member and type (cash, guaranteed payment, dividend, property), with each member's ownership percentage next to their share of the payout. CSV ready for K-1 and 1099-DIV prep.

Entities and structure
Set the app up the way your businesses are actually organized.
- Multiple entities and workspaces, with shared access for partners and accountants
- Per-entity tax years: calendar, fiscal, short-year, and first-year
- Properties for real-estate entities (Form 8825 or Schedule E)
- LLC member roster and distribution ledger: owners, ownership percentages, managing member, and K-1 attribution
- Invitations with roles: owner, admin, partner, accountant, or read-only
Import and export
Bring your history with you, so the current year doesn't start from a blank slate.
- CSV and Excel (.xlsx) templates with built-in category and payment-method dropdowns
- Forgiving import: common wording is understood ("Not Yet," "Pending," and "Outstanding" all mean the same thing)
- Automatic column detection when you upload a file
Security and accuracy
- Data isolation at the database level: every table enforces row-level security, so one customer's records can't be read by another.
- Private receipt storage: receipt images are kept in private storage and opened only through short-lived signed links.
- One active device per account: signing in on a new device signs out the old one, which limits exposure from a lost or sold phone.
- History that holds up: when a member leaves an LLC, past reports keep their original attribution.
Platforms: iPhone (iOS 17 or later) and iPad. It also runs on Apple silicon Macs as an iPad app. There is no Android or web version.
